Transporting Files
Edison Litho is equipped to handle the following media
- CD-ROM / DVD / ZIP / JAZZ
- Via email
- FTP Upload

Recommended software:
- Quark Express
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Acceptable:
- Adobe PageMaker
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Indesign
- Macromedia Freehand

Workable:
The following programs may be used by our production staff, however, these programs are not press-ready and require setup and/or conversion.

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- CorelDraw

NOT Recommended:

- Microsoft Publisher
This program was created for desktop output, making it ineffective for offset print production. Although it boasts capability to output "printer usable" files, it is a time consuming process with questionable results.

Notes on file formats:
File formats that are preferred include: EPS, TIF, QXD, BMP, JPG (High resolution), AI & PDF. If your program is not listed above, but you can convert or export your file to an EPS file or a high resolution TIF file (300dpi), we will be able to use it.
