Over the last 50 years, Edison Litho has been known in the printing industry for leading the field in technology and cutting edge equipment.

One piece of equipment that has set Edison Litho even further apart from its competitors is the Goodstrong Dual Precision Sheeter. Edison is one of the very few printing companies with an on-site 80” sheeter. This on-site sheeter lets you customize paper grade, height and length on-demand

“The sheeter gives us a major advantage over other printers,” explains Roger Morel, Edison’s Director of Operations. “We keep a large inventory of paper rolls in our 75,000 sq. ft. facility for our customers. Clients can also store their own paper with us. By storing paper in-house, our clients can get a roll in one day instead of waiting four days for sheets to arrive. In addition, if they run short during a job, we can just pull more from inventory and keep the presses running.”

In addition to saving time, there is a cost advantage to sheeting paper. Because of Edison’s large facilities, we are able to buy rolls in volume and store them on site. We are then able to pass this bulk rate discount along to our customers. Because we can customize efficiently to suit our customers’ needs, there is less waste, producing even further savings for the client.
