ISO 9001:2008 Certification means a business’s operations are approved by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, the most trusted authority on international standards, as being in compliance with their defined guidelines. The company must successfully implement a set of ISO 9001:2008 requirements to establish an effective organizational quality management system.

A non-governmental system  of 161 member countries, ISO is recognized world wide as the definitive international standards  developer. Coordinated in Geneva’s Central Secretariat since 1947, it has created more than 16,500 standards, across a wide range of industries.
